Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I order RDX gear and activewear together?
Yes — but they are fulfilled separately so they will arrive in two packages. Each shipment has its own tracking number.
Do I have to pay customs charges?
UK customers will not be charged customs. International customers may be subject to local import fees depending on their country — this is outside our control.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order is past the estimated delivery date please wait one to two extra days as delays can occur. If it still hasn't arrived contact us at info@rarp-idfitness.com and we will sort it out for you.
