No Fluff Just Ripped Gym Shorts — Performance Training Shorts
The No Fluff Just Ripped Gym Shorts are built for athletes who train with intent and won't settle for gym kit that doesn't keep up. Part of the NFJR collection, these shorts deliver no-nonsense performance, unrestricted movement, and hardcore comfort from the warm-up to the final set — with a mindset printed right on them that says everything about how you approach training.
Fabric & Construction
Made from 91% recycled polyester and 9% spandex — a high-performance stretch fabric that delivers lightweight breathability, moisture-wicking construction, and four-way stretch through every training movement. Whether you're squatting, sprinting, doing box jumps, or working through lateral drills, these shorts move freely and never restrict. The recycled polyester reduces the environmental impact of your training kit without any compromise on performance or durability. Machine washable and quick-drying.
Waistband & Fit
Adjustable drawstring waistband provides a secure, customisable fit that stays in position through dynamic movement. Tighten for high-intensity circuits where you need everything locked in, loosen for recovery and mobility work. Available in 2XS through 2XL — size up for a more relaxed fit, size down for a closer athletic cut.
Styling & Pairing
Pairs with the matching No Fluff Just Ripped Sports Bra or NFJR Crop Top for a complete training kit. Also available in Black Gym Shorts, Grey Gym Shorts, Blue Gym Shorts, Orange Gym Shorts, and Peach Camo Gym Shorts.
