The same squat-proof compression fabric, the same wide stay-put waistband, and the same four-way stretch construction — packaged into a shorter cut that works for yoga, Pilates, gym training, and high-intensity circuits. Fabric & Construction
Made from 78% polyester and 22% elastane (US production) or 84% polyester and 16% elastane (EU production). The four-way stretch allows complete freedom of movement in all directions — essential for yoga flows, deep squats, and lateral movements. The fabric is moisture-wicking and breathable, managing sweat effectively during both low-intensity yoga and high-intensity training sessions. Squat-proof coverage gives confidence through every movement.
Waistband & Fit
The wide, high-waisted elasticated waistband is the same construction used in our full-length leggings — it sits firmly above the hip and doesn't roll down during dynamic movement. No mid-session adjusting, no riding up, no distractions. Available in XS through XL.
Training Uses & Sizing
The No Fluff Just Ripped Yoga Shorts are designed for yoga, Pilates, barre, gym sessions and HIIT circuits, and make a cooler alternative to full-length leggings on warm days or in heated studios. The fit is close and supportive rather than loose — that second-skin feel is what keeps them in place through inversions, deep squats and floor work. Made to Order
Every pair is made to order rather than mass-produced ahead of demand, which means less overstock and less waste. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships, with free UK delivery on orders over £50. To keep the fabric looking its best, avoid training against rough surfaces such as brick walls or abrasive equipment, which can pull at the fibres.
