Description
RDX F6 KARA Boxing Gloves — Shock-Absorbing Training Gloves for Bag & Pad Work
The RDX F6 KARA Boxing Gloves are an all-round training glove built for the work most boxers do every week: heavy bag rounds, pad sessions and technical drilling. They combine a hard-wearing Maya Hide ConvEX Skin outer with a multi-layer padding system designed to spread the force of each punch, so your hands and wrists stay protected as the volume of training builds. If you are setting up a home gym or replacing a worn first pair, the F6 KARA is a dependable, no-nonsense choice.
Padding & Shock Absorption
Inside, RDX's Quadro Dome 3 construction is paired with Max-Shock™ Equilibrium foam, which distributes impact evenly across the striking surface rather than concentrating it on the knuckles. A Calibrated Impact Diffusion sheet and SpongeX padding add a further layer of protection and help keep the wrist in a stable position on contact. RDX's Loma Tech build reinforces the overall structure so the glove keeps its shape through repeated sessions instead of flattening out.
Fit, Wrist Support & Comfort
A Quick-EZ hook-and-loop strap wraps the wrist for a secure, adjustable fit that is quick to get on and off between rounds, and keeps the wrist aligned to reduce the risk of injury from bent-wrist punches. The QD1 lining is placed to improve ventilation and wick sweat away from the hand, so the gloves stay more comfortable through longer sessions and dry out faster afterwards. Wearing hand wraps underneath, such as the RDX WX Hand Wraps, adds extra support and helps keep the lining fresh.
Sizes, Colours & Choosing a Weight
Available in 8oz, 10oz and 12oz, in Black, Red and Gold. Lighter weights suit faster bag and pad work and smaller hands, while 12oz gives more padding for heavier bag sessions and light technical partner work. For regular full-contact sparring, most coaches recommend 14–16oz — take a look at the RDX Aura T-17 Boxing Gloves, available up to 16oz. Building a complete setup? The RDX F6 KARA Focus Pads and the F6 KARA Punch Bag & Gloves Set come from the same range.

Perfect
Excellent boxing gloves! Good for padwork (Thai pads or boxing). Great for sparring (enough cushioning) and punches feel sharp. Layered well, good protection also for defending. Great on the bag. 10/10 for the quality and price.
Fantastic quality. Delivered on time.
So it just arrived. I'm happy with the gloves. It's comfortable and has a good padding. I'm just about to wear and try them on tonight's training.
Great training gloves, good quality, designed and comfortable to use. The ordered items arrived earlier than expected which was amazing.
Nice
Nice gloves
Quick delivery, I've only used the product twice so far, but they are great for what I need them for and good quality
It feels good,I'm happy with it. I have super small hands (female) so my hands kinda disappear in it (more like my fingers are too short) but I need 16oz for sparring so not much I can do about it. But happy with gloves and service.
Quality training gloves, well made and durable
