RDX SIB Shin Instep Guards — Kickboxing & Muay Thai Sparring Protection
The RDX SIB Shin Instep Guards provide full-coverage protection for the shin and instep during kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA sparring, and martial arts training. Protecting the shin is essential in any sport involving leg kicks — unprotected shin-to-shin contact is one of the most common causes of training injuries, and a single hard check can sideline a fighter for weeks. The SIB guards are designed to absorb and distribute that impact so you can train harder and more often.
Coverage & Protection
Full shin coverage from below the knee to the ankle, with integrated instep protection covering the top of the foot. The layered foam construction inside the hard outer shell absorbs impact across both the shin bone and the softer instep tissue, providing protection whether you're throwing or receiving leg kicks, knee strikes, or low-to-mid kicks. The guard profile is wide enough to provide realistic coverage during sparring without restricting the natural mechanics of a kick.
Fit & Secure Attachment
Hook-and-loop straps across the calf and ankle keep the guards locked in position through the full range of kicking and movement — they won't rotate or slide down during live sparring rounds. Available in S, M, L, and XL. Choose based on your shin length from just below the knee to the ankle. OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials for safe, prolonged skin contact.
