Construction & Strength

Made from reinforced iron with a robust welded construction, the X1 is built to absorb the repeated dynamic loads generated during heavy bag training — which can be significantly higher than the bag's static weight due to the swinging and impact forces involved. The powder-coat finish resists rust and maintains its appearance through years of gym use. All fixing hardware is included for wall installation.

Installation

Designed for wall mounting into solid masonry or structural timber. The bracket extends outward from the wall at the correct angle to allow a freely swinging heavy bag without contact with the wall surface. Suitable for bags up to standard heavy bag weights — check RDX's specifications for maximum supported load before installation. Installation into solid brick, block, or structural timber stud is recommended. Always use appropriate fixings for your wall type.
