RDX Steel Wall Bracket – Punch Bag

RDX Steel Wall Bracket — Heavy-Duty Punch Bag Wall Mount

The RDX Steel Wall Bracket is a compact, heavy-duty mount for hanging a punch bag from a solid wall — the simplest way to set up a proper heavy bag station at home, in a garage or in a club without a ceiling beam or a bulky free-standing frame. It holds the bag away from the wall so it can swing and move naturally as you work, giving you realistic bag training in a small footprint.

Build & Load Capacity

The bracket is made from welded 16-gauge P-Coated HG-Steel for a strong, rigid frame that is built to last. It is treated with RDX's H-CR anti-rust formulation, so it suits indoor and covered outdoor setups such as garages and sheds across all seasons. The heavy-duty arm extends 42cm from the wall and finishes with an attached D-Shackle, and the bracket is rated to hold punch bags up to 40kg. Check your bag's filled weight before hanging to make sure it stays within this limit.

Installation

Assembly instructions and all the necessary wall fixings are included in the box. For safe use, mount the bracket into solid masonry or a load-bearing structural wall — plasterboard and stud partitions are not suitable for the forces generated by heavy bag work. Leave enough clearance around the bag for it to swing freely and for you to move and circle it. If you are unsure about your wall, ask a qualified tradesperson to check it before installing.

Who It's For

Ideal for boxers, kickboxers and MMA athletes building a home gym who want a permanent, space-efficient heavy bag setup. Pairs with the RDX F6 KARA Punch Bag & Gloves Set for a complete station, and with the RDX WX Hand Wraps to protect your hands on the bag. Training speed work as well?
