Collection: Compact Home Gym Equipment

Everything here earns its space: boxing kit, strength tools and conditioning gear that work in a spare room, a flat or a garage. No rack, no machines. No fluff, just ripped.

How much space do I need for a punch bag?

Allow a clear area of roughly 2m by 2m around the bag so you can move and throw without hitting walls or furniture. A wall-mounted bag takes less floor space than a freestanding one.

Freestanding or hanging bag for a flat?

Freestanding suits renters and anyone who can't drill, because it moves aside when you're done. If you own the space and have a solid wall, a hanging bag on the RDX X1 steel wall bracket is more stable and lets you hit harder.

What's the minimum kit to start boxing at home?

A bag, gloves, hand wraps and a skipping rope. The RDX F6 KARA punch bag and gloves set (£79.99) includes a 5ft bag, bag gloves and hand wraps. Add the X1 wall bracket (£25.99) to hang it, and the whole setup qualifies for free UK delivery.

Will it annoy the neighbours?

Bag work is quieter than most people expect; the thud travels through floors more than walls. Put a mat under your setup, skip on a mat rather than bare floorboards, and use a sandbag instead of metal weights for strength work to avoid clanging.

Strength and conditioning without the rack

A weighted sandbag (5 to 200lb, depending on size), unfilled kettlebells and resistance bands cover squats, presses, swings and carries, then pack into a cupboard. Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
