The Black Terracotta Gym Shorts add a new colourway to the RARP-ID training range: a deep black base warmed up with terracotta tones, giving you something that stands out on the gym floor without shouting about it. They're built for the way you actually train, from heavy leg days and sprint intervals to circuits, runs and everything in between. They're just as at home on a trail run or in the park as they are under the squat rack. Like every piece we make, they follow the No Fluff Just Ripped approach: no gimmicks and no filler, just a pair of shorts designed to handle hard work session after session and still look sharp when you walk out of the gym.
Recycled Fabric, No Performance Trade-Off
They're made from 91% recycled polyester and 9% spandex, spun from recycled plastic such as bottles and packaging. Producing recycled polyester takes significantly less energy than making it from scratch and keeps plastic out of landfill, without giving up any performance. It's a pair of shorts you can feel good about wearing. The four-way stretch microfibre moves with you through squats, lunges and explosive work, while the breathable, moisture-wicking fabric pulls sweat away from your skin and dries fast between sets. The smooth, water-repellent finish shrugs off rain on outdoor runs, and UPF50+ protection adds sun defence. The fabric is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, and its recycled content is certified under the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).
Fit and Features
An elastic waistband with a flat white drawstring lets you lock in the fit, so the shorts stay put through dynamic movement. The drawstring lies flat, so it sits neatly under a tucked-in top without bunching. The 6.3″ (16 cm) inseam gives a classic athletic length, with enough coverage for the gym and plenty of freedom for high knees, box jumps and deep squats. Mesh side pockets give you somewhere to keep a key, card or earbuds, and there's no inner lining, so you can wear your own base layer underneath. Available in sizes XS to 3XL. Each pair is printed, cut and hand-sewn to order, so the design is part of the fabric and won't crack or peel.
