Blue Yoga Mat — Non-Slip Training Mat for Yoga, Pilates & Floor Work
The Blue Yoga Mat from RARP-ID brings calm focus to every session with a cool, refreshing blue colourway that sets the tone for mindful training. Whether you're flowing through a yoga sequence, working through a Pilates session, or laying down a foundation for floor-based resistance training, this mat delivers the grip, cushioning, and portability that every session demands.
Surface & Grip
The high-grip non-slip surface provides reliable traction through every pose and movement — no sliding, no repositioning, no distraction from your practice. The textured surface maintains its grip even as moisture builds up during intense sessions, keeping the mat firmly in place on studio floors and home flooring alike. The grip works in both directions — top surface to hands/feet, and bottom surface to floor.
Cushioning & Joint Protection
The cushioned construction protects wrists, knees, elbows, and hips during floor-based exercises and yoga poses — particularly important for extended Pilates sessions and floor circuits where hard flooring causes discomfort over time. The cushioning is firm enough to provide a stable base for balancing poses and strength exercises without the spongy instability of overly thick mats.
Portability & Storage
Lightweight and easy to roll up for compact storage — fits in most gym bags and carries easily to the studio without bulk. Quick-wipe surface for easy cleaning between sessions. Available in Blue, Black, Grey, and Orange — choose your colourway above.
